Ingredients

Yields 6.
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • 5–8 gherkins, or other pickles
  • 1⁄4 onion, or to taste
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1⁄2–1 tsp curry powder
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and cube them. Hard-boil the eggs and chop them. Peel, core and chop the apples, and chop the gherkins and onion. Mix everything in a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder, and add the lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
