Ingredients
Yields 6.- 800 g potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 2 apples
- 5–8 gherkins, or other pickles
- 1⁄4 onion, or to taste
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1⁄2–1 tsp curry powder
- lemon juice
- pepper
- salt
Instructions
Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and cube them. Hard-boil the eggs and chop them. Peel, core and chop the apples, and chop the gherkins and onion. Mix everything in a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder, and add the lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
